Das Buch "Vida de personas notables - Heydar Aliyev" ("Leben herausragender Persönlichkeiten - Heydar Aliyev"), das vom staatlichen Übersetzungszentrum in Madrid erstellt wurde, wurde in den folgenden zentralen Bibliotheken und Universitäten von Spanien aufgestellt.

Die Übersetzung des vom traditionsreichen Verlag "Mandala Ediciones" herausgegebenen Buches ins Spanische wurde von dem bekannten salvadorianischen Linguisten und Wissenschaftler Professor César Edgardo Martínez Flores und der spanischen Sprachwissenschaftlerin Narmin Hüseynli verfasst.
