    1 TV. Eleqtroliti, a reputable Georgian-language literary e-portal of the Georgia Public Broadcasting Company, has put on its webpage a short story “The Train. Picasso. Latur. 1968” by Elchin, the People’s Writer of Azerbaijan, as part of the AzSTC project “Azerbaijani Literature in a Virtual World” (AzSTC). The portal also provides detailed information on the writer

    The translator of the short story into Georgian is Imir Mammadli, the Georgian language translator-coordinator at the AzSTC.

    Launched in 2017 by the Georgia Public Broadcasting Company, 1 TV.
