Farman Karimzade’s Short Story Appears in Iraq
As part of Azerbaijani Literature in a Virtual World, an Azerbaijan State Translation Centre project to promote national literature worldwide, Al-Noor, the proven portal under the Iraqi Foundation for Culture and Media has posted Heart Must Burn, a short story by Farman Karimzade, a notable Azerbaijani writer (in Arabic translation). The reputable hub also highlights detailed information on the author.
Al-Noor regularly posts samples of pieces from internationally renowned authors, such as Nazim Hikmet, Ana Maria Matute and Naguib Mahfouz, to name a few. The literary portal publishes Farman Karimzade’s work for the first time.
Ahmad Sami Elaydi is the translator of the story.
