The AzSTC Anthology of Azerbaijani Literature in French in International Literary Portals
Popular literary Russian and Belarus-based web portals have placed information on the Azerbaijan State Translation Centre’s (AzSTC) new edition The Anthology of Azerbaijani Literature published in France as part of the Centre’s major project to promote Azerbaijani literature worldwide and its presentation to French literary community.
The presentation of this publication was hosted by at Librairie Internationale Kléber (salle Blanche), Strasbourg. The event was attended by prominent French scholars; politicians; literary specialists; representatives from various European institutions, including the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU); the mass media and public representatives.
The anthology published in ‘Kapaz’ Publishing House, Strasbourg, France includes short stories by Abdurrahim Bey Hagverdiyev, Jalil Mammadguluzade, Suleyman Sani Akhundov, Mir Jalal, Ilyas Efendiyev, Isa Huseynov, Sabir Ahmadli, Isi Melikzade, Yusif Samadoglu, Anar, Elchin, Movlud Suleymanlı, Shahmar, Sara Oğuz, Dilsuz, Mammad Oruj, Rafig Taghi, Kamal Abdulla, Saday Budagly, Afaq Masud, Ilgar Rasul and Sharif Aghayar.
