Morocco's Ambassador to Azerbaijan
The Azerbaijan Translation Centre (AzTC) on Tuesday received a visit from H.E. Mr. Mohammed Adil Embarch, the Ambassador of Kingdom of Morocco to the Republic of Azerbaijan. In the meeting the sides focused on perspectives of establishing relationships between the Arabic world and Azerbaijan.
“I have heard only endearing words about the Centre’s activities. Really, Literature is the shortest and the most faithful bridge for friendship and mutual understanding between nations. The Embassy of Morocco in Baku is ready for cooperation in the field of literature and translation. Morocco and Azerbaijan have very much in common. Our country, like Azerbaijan is open to all cultures; we are multicultural and transparent. For me, there is great a interest to Azerbaijan in Morocco, and I observe the same thing here, in Azerbaijan towards Morocco. Publications in both countries will be a great contribution to the literary-cultural life of Azerbaijan and Morocco”, the diplomat said.
In conclusion, Afaq Masud, AzTC’s Director donated to the guest the Centre’s two editions - “The Life History of the Azerbaijan People” and “Azerbaijani-Arabic Phrasebook.”
