The presentation and book signing of Poems-Filled Nights by Shahriyar Del Gerani, a young talented poet was held at the VI Baku International Book Exhibition-Fair on September 27-30. The book has been published as a part of the Azerbaijan State Translation Centre’s project Supporting Young Writers.

Etimad Bashkechid, the Head of the AzSTC’s Science, Education and Culture Office, a writer and translator addressed the ceremony and spoke about the young poet’s literary achievements. Then the floor was given to Hamid Herischi, a writer-publicist, Haji Shahin Hasanli, a theologist, Azer Turan, a literary critic, Javanshir Yusifli, a writer-translator, Sharif Aghalar, a writer. They spoke about the originality and true inspiration of the poet’s poetic production.
