Tarjei Vesaas’ The Ice Palace published in Azerbaijani
The Azerbaijan Translation Centre (AzTC) is pleased to announce that it has published The Ice Palace in Azerbaijani.
The book includes two novels - The Birds and The Ice Palace (1963), and the short stories - Nils Fet, The Tale and The Last Days of Winter by the Norwegian author Tarjei Vesaas.
Failure to have left his childhood until the end of his days, and his sincere faith in the world and humans filled with memories he had immortalized in himself and in his works are the specific features of Vesaas who died at 73.
While intended for the general reader, it is also useful for secondary and tertiary students.
The translator is Yashar.
