The Translation Centre under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has published the book Followers of the Path to Salvation, which is a series of Books of the Translation Centre. The book includes examples of literary works by such outstanding representatives of Sufism, as Azīz al-Dīn ibn Muḥammad Nasafi, Muhammad ibn Hamid Al-Ghazali, Ibn Al-Arabi, Jalāl ad-Dīn Rūmī ibn Bahuddin, and Husayn ibn Mansur Al-Hallaj.  

Translator of the “Followers of the Path to Salvation” is writer-translator Afag Masud.

The divine truths contained in this book, at first glance, may seem a bit simple. However, the gradual consciousness of caginess petrifies everybody by its simplicity of great essences. From the point of view of perception, leading to the great Creator of the holy path of the so-called final reincarnation - "wahdat al-wujud" (the Oneness of Being), the content of this collection has no analogue. These texts aimed at improving the contemporary’s knowledge about Sufism are like a mirror that reflects human’s spiritual bonds with the Creator beyond dogmatism. These texts, created by great Sufis, who  pioneered and elucidated the paths by means of spiritual evolution of contours originating from, and ascending to, it is irreplaceable in religious, philosophical, and human terms. We are confident that these hidden treasures that have been unveiled thanks to revelations can help you have moral purity, will always promote and assist you on your way along the path to salvation.
