Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an executive order on State Program on Use of the Azerbaijani Language and Development of Linguistics in the Country in Accordance with Requirements of Globalizing World.
Governed by Article 109.3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to ensure the use of the Azerbaijani language and development of linguistics in the country in accordance with requirements of globalizing world, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. State Program on Use of the Azerbaijani Language and Development of Linguistics in the Country in Accordance with Requirements of Globalizing World shall be approved (attached)
2. To commission the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan to control and coordinate operations with related organizations during the implementation process of the State program approved by Paragraph 1 of this Order;
3. The Cabinet of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be assigned:
3.1. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be informed on the process and implementation of the State Program approved by Paragraph 1 of this Order once a year;
3.2. to solve other issues arising from this Decree.
