Modern Azerbaijani Poetry on Russian Literary Portal
Online- knigi, a reputable Russian-language literary portal, has posted the verses from the book An Anthology of Modern Azerbaijan Literature published in Moscow in 2015 as part of AzSTC’s project titled “Azerbaijan Literature in a Virtual World” (Poetry).
The portal mainly publishes fiction (prose, poetry, drama), as well as historical, military, and journalistic work. Samples of pieces in Russian translation by internationally renowned authors, such as James Joyce, Vladimir Nabokov, Gabriel Garcia Márquez, William Golding, Paulo Coelho, Khaled Hosseini, John Fowles, Patrick Süskind are available to be read online by broad masses.
Kazakhstan Literature Hub Shares Mammad Araz
Adebiportal.kz, a frequently visited literature portal based in Kazakhstan, has posted verses by Mammad Araz, including My Inspiration and Like Fire, Like Water (in Russian translation).
Marquez’s Two-Volume Selected Works Out Now
The Azerbaijan State Translation Centre (AzSTC) is pleased to announce the release of Selected Works in two volumes, by Gabriel García Márquez, Colombian novelist and one of the greatest writers of the 20th century, who was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1982. It is the next edition of a 150-volume series “Pearls of World Literature” in Azerbaijani translation, launched by AzSTC.

Marruecos.ma, a crowd-pleasing Spanish-language literary portal based in Morocco, has posted in Spanish translation the poems - Farewell by Adil Mirseyid and Face to Face with the Hangman by Hamid Herischi. The page also provides information on the authors.
