DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN ON APPROVING STATUTE AND STRUCTURE OF THE TRANSLATION CENTRE UNDER THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC.

Governed by Article 109.32 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I hereby resolve as follows:


1. Statute of the Translation Centre under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall be approved (attached). 
2. Structure of the Translation Centre under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall be approved. 
3. Number of headcount of the Translation Centre under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall be 50.
4. The Cabinet of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be assigned within three months:
4.1. to prepare and submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan its proposals on unification of valid legislative acts to this Decree;
4.2. to ensure unification of normative legal acts of the Cabinet of the Republic of Azerbaijan to this Decree and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on this;
4.3 to ensure unification of normative legal acts of the respective central executive power bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan to this Decree and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on this;
4.4. to solve the necessary financial, material and technical issues associated with the establishment of this Translation Centre;
4.5. to solve other issues arising from this Decree.
5. to commission the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Azerbaijan to secure unification of normative legal and related acts of the central executive bodies to this Decree and inform the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan on it.
