The unprecedented reconstruction and renovation work that have fundamentally changed the face of Azerbaijan under your able leadership for 16 years, sustainable peace policy to protect our people from the world flames of wars, and primarily, the visionary political will of the great leader, who is so close to his people and homeland, signify the invincibility of his political will.
I believe that on this extremely difficult but sacred and honourable path you will move forward to greater successes and victories side by side with dear Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva.
