Leading cultural portals based in Arabic countries, such as “Fikr-Hur” (Kuweit), “alharir.info” (Algeria), “Nur Culture and Media Centre” (Iraq), and facebook pages “Short story” (Syria) and “Short Stories and Novels” (Egypt), have published the short story “Break” by Mirmehdi Aghaoghlu, a young talented writer, as part of the Azerbaijan State Tranlation Centre’s (AzSTC) project “Azerbaijan’s Latest Literature.”
“Gedichtesammlung.net”, the popular Austrian literary portal, has posted in German the verses “I Am Like…” and “A Man” by Vagif Aslan, a popular poet of Azerbaijan, as part of the AzSTC project “Azerbaijan Literature in an International Virtual World”.
“Alquibla” and “Spruechetante”, the popular Spanish and German literary portals, have posted in Spanish and German the verses “Love for Life” and “A New Young Man” by Mikayil Mushfig, the outstanding Poet of Azerbaijan, as part of the AzSTC project “Azerbaijan Literature in an International Virtual World”.
The famous poetess Nigar Hasanzade represented Azerbaijan at the "International Congress of the World Poetry Movement", held in Medellin, Colombia, from 1 to 15 July this year, as well as at the most famous world poetry festival "Medellin Festival", which was attended by 104 poets from 60 countries.
Gaxa.ge, the popular Georgian portal, has posted in Georgian the verses “I Am The Azerbaijani Land” and “Rely On Me” by Zalimkhan Yaqub, the People’s Poet of Azerbaijan, as part of the AzSTC project “Azerbaijan Literature in an International Virtual World.” The portal also provides detailed information on the author.
“Detayhaberler.com”, the Türkiye-based portal, has posted the verses “Adagio” and “Only You”, adapted to Turkish, by Sevinj Chilghin, a modern talented poetess, as part of the AzSTC project “Azerbaijan’s Latest Literature”. The author of the adapted translation of the verses into Turkish is Sanan Naghi, the Turkish language specialist at the Azerbaijan State Translation Centre (AzSTC.)
